I am William E. Clement a native of Arcadia Florida. I have a 13 year employment history with the Charlotte and Desoto County Sheriff Offices. All of my experience was in certified law enforcement positions.

In 2000 I was elected Sheriff of Charlotte County. During that time I was privileged to serve as Charlotte County Sheriff, and I am very proud of the accomplishments that were implemented under my administration.

Before being elected Sheriff, I worked as a licensed Private Investigator in S.W. Florida for 15 years. Most of those years, I owned and operated a full service Private Investigative Agency in Charlotte County.

Due to my experience with Criminal Investigations, I was personally appointed to major criminal cases by various Circuit Court Judges. These cases where for Murder, Robbery, Sexual Battery and other serious criminal charges.

I am uniquely qualified to examine and advise defendants and their attorneys regarding matters related to criminal cases of all types.
